Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact orders@barkandjack.com with:

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Returns
Our standard returns period is 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
This 14-day period applies to both returns and exchanges.
To be eligible, items must:

Be unused and unworn

Be returned in their original condition

Include all original packaging
Items returned in a condition different from how they were received may be refused or refunded partially.
Returning an Item:
Returns are handled by post. No prior authorisation is required.
Please include your order number inside the package (for example: #12345) so we can identify and process your return efficiently.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed automatically. We will contact you only if there is an issue with your return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Partial refunds
A partial refund may be issued where:

Packaging or components are missing

The item is not returned in its original condition
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
All products may be exchanged provided they:

Are unused and in a saleable condition

Are returned with original packaging
Exchanges are subject to the same 14-day timeframe and condition requirements as returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing items / delivery issues
Issues relating to missing or incomplete deliveries are handled under our Shipping Policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an item is missing from your order.
Your statutory rights
If you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Once you have notified us of cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
This policy is provided for clarity and convenience and does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
