Shipping policy
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (excluding USA):
All parcels from Bark & Jack are dispatched from the United Kingdom (unless the destination is the United States) and declared at the appropriate value for customs inspection.
Please note: shipments from the United Kingdom to overseas destinations may incur local taxes, customs duties, or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. The determination and application of these charges are the responsibility of the destination country. The carrier or customs authority will contact you to settle any required fees before the parcel is delivered.
These charges are mandatory and beyond the control of Bark & Jack. By placing an order for international delivery, you agree to pay any applicable fees before your parcel can be delivered.
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom will not include UK taxes at checkout.
Please allow up to 30 working days for the delivery of items leaving the UK. Customs inspections may occasionally cause lengthy delays. If you have concerns about your order, contact us at orders@barkandjack.com.
*NEW* - UNITED STATES SHIPMENTS:
Orders within the United States are now fulfilled from our US warehouse in Texas.
This means:
- No import duties or tariffs on delivery
- Faster and more predictable domestic shipping
We’ve made this change to simplify the experience for our US customers and remove the uncertainty around import fees and delays.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, with delivery times depending on location and selected shipping service.

EUROPE & NORTHERN IRELAND:
Due to recent changes in EU legislation, we have suspended shipments to Europe and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for resuming shipments at this moment. You can stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter via our store homepage.
PO/BFPO/APO:
We are unable to ship to PO boxes, or BFPO/APO address. Orders placed with this type of shipping address will be placed on hold. We will contact you to provide an alternative address. If no alternative address is available, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Due to significant increases in international shipping costs, we continuously evaluate our shipping options to offer competitive rates for our global customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by potential increases in shipping costs.
MY COUNTRY IS NOT SHOWN AT CHECKOUT / CAN YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?:
To address challenges caused by rising international shipping costs and operational issues with our partners, we may temporarily suspend shipping to certain destinations. We regularly review and re-enable shipping to eligible locations.
